FOOD SAFETY
Before you cook, check.
Bites4You can inspire a meal, but it cannot inspect your ingredients, kitchen, allergies or health needs. Treat every recommendation as a starting point that you verify yourself.
Allergies and intolerances
Never rely on an AI suggestion to determine whether a food is allergen-free. Read labels, confirm ingredients and cross-contact risks, and use trusted manufacturer or restaurant information when an allergy matters.
Storage and spoilage
Do not use food that smells, looks or feels unsafe, or that has been stored outside safe time and temperature ranges. When in doubt, discard it.
Cooking and reheating
Use reliable food-safety guidance and an appropriate food thermometer where needed. Cooking times in suggestions are not a substitute for verifying safe internal temperatures.
Dietary and medical needs
Bites4You is not medical or nutritional care. If a food choice affects a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, eating disorder, or prescribed diet, follow advice from a qualified professional.
Alcohol
Where Sips4You suggests alcoholic beverages, follow local age laws, drink responsibly, and choose a non-alcoholic alternative whenever alcohol is inappropriate.
